Build a minimal self-hosted Visualizee-like web service using React for the frontend, Node.js/Express for the API, PostgreSQL for user and credit records, Redis for a job queue, and S3-compatible object storage for assets. Implement: (1) authenticated file upload flow and storage, (2) a simple chat/prompt UI that maps free-text into persona-based prompt templates, (3) a worker that invokes an external image-generation API (image-to-image) and saves outputs, (4) an upscaling worker step, (5) credit accounting and a subscription/billing toggle for watermark-free downloads, and (6) basic error handling, retries, and tests for upload, job processing, and billing. Out of scope: full multi-user enterprise features, video generation, 32MP native upscaler training, or replicating Visualizee's proprietary persona tuning. Include automated tests for the API and a README with deployment steps (Docker + one-cloud VM + managed Postgres).
