Build a minimal AI-assisted video editor as a web service using Node.js + Express, PostgreSQL, AWS S3 for storage, FFmpeg for processing, and OpenAI (or comparable) APIs for speech-to-text and scene analysis. Core features in scope: authenticated single-user uploads, background job queue (Bull) to transcode uploads, speech-to-text and shot-boundary detection, a template-based timeline generator that stitches clips per simple rules, and FFmpeg-based render/export with downloadable S3 URL. Out of scope: multi-tenant billing, mobile native apps, custom model training. Include error handling, retries for failed jobs, and unit/integration tests for upload, processing, and export flows.
