In scope: (1) Chrome extension that captures clicks, screenshots, and metadata and posts a JSON recording to the API; (2) API endpoints to create/read demos, store assets, and emit a shareable tokenized link; (3) React player that replays steps with hotspots, text, branching variables, and records viewer events to the API; (4) a small editor to edit step text/images and reorder steps; (5) a basic analytics page showing views and dropoff by step.
