Build a minimal web photo editor: use React for the frontend, FastAPI (Python) for the backend, Postgres for metadata, and S3-compatible object storage for images. Implement endpoints to upload images, request an AI transform job, poll job status, and download results. Use an open-source image model or inference API (configurable) for transforms. Support batch RAW uploads with a worker queue (Redis + RQ or Celery). Include input validation, job retry/error handling, authentication (basic API key), and unit tests for upload, transform-request, and export flows. Out of scope: mobile-native apps, creator marketplace, and advanced proprietary filters.
