Core features: user signup, image upload with client-side preview, server-side background segmentation via a public segmentation model API, an image-transform endpoint that calls an external image-generation API with selectable style presets, before/after comparator UI, per-image credit decrement and Stripe monthly subscription (one-seat) integration, download/export. Out of scope: training models, multi-tenant admin dashboard, marketplace product-search scraping. Include error handling for failed API calls, rate-limiting, input validation, and unit/integration tests for upload, billing, and transform flows.
