Implement: area/window/fullscreen capture using macOS APIs; a local annotation editor (crop, arrows, blur, text, pixelate); MP4 (H.264) recording and GIF export with basic trimming; a background uploader that stores files to S3 and returns short shareable links (support metadata for password and expiry); local capture history with pin/float feature. Out of scope: enterprise SSO, billing, extensive team management, custom domain hosting. Include error handling for disk, encoding and network failures, automated unit/UI tests for core flows, and basic CI to build release binaries.
