Build a single-tenant web app (Node.js + Express backend, React frontend) that reproduces Arcade's basic user flow: allow a user to upload a brand kit (logo, colors, fonts) and product screenshots; create a scene timeline UI to order shots; generate per-scene TTS via a cloud speech API (e.g., OpenAI/ElevenLabs) and fetch simple image-to-caption text via an LLM; render animations (pan/zoom, fades) client-side and produce final MP4/GIF server-side with FFmpeg; provide download and an embeddable link plus basic view analytics stored in Postgres. Out of scope: multi-tenant enterprise controls (SSO, SOC2), native desktop/extension clients, and a proprietary AI context engine. Include error handling for uploads, API failures, and rendering jobs; include unit tests for API endpoints and an end-to-end test for the export flow.
