Build a cross-platform native workspace using Tauri + Svelte (or React) that: 1) spawns and supervises multiple local processes with auto-restart and clean shutdown; 2) captures stdout/stderr into searchable, scrollable panes; 3) detects HTTP localhost URLs in logs and shows them as clickable pills; 4) embeds an xterm.js PTY for interactive agent CLIs; 5) reads/writes a per-project JSON/YAML config checked into the repo; 6) provides a simple sidebar of projects and a single-click Start/Stop for a project. Out of scope: remote/hosted agent routing, training or proxying models, in-app model billing. Include robust error handling, retries for process failures, manifest tests for process lifecycle, unit tests for URL detection, and end-to-end tests for Start/Stop flows.
