Build and run Yaak from source: clone https://github.com/mountain-loop/yaak, install required toolchain (Node/npm or pnpm, Rust, Tauri prerequisites), build the desktop app for your OS, and run the CLI. In scope: compiling the Tauri app, wiring local file workspace storage, Git sync for workspaces, secrets encryption using OS keychain + ChaCha20-Poly1305, HTTP/GraphQL/gRPC/WebSocket/SSE request sender and response viewer, curl/Postman import, and a basic CLI to execute saved requests. Out of scope: building signed installers for all OSes, hosted licensing server, and SSO/user provisioning. Include error handling for build failures, encrypted-secret failures, and network errors; provide automated tests for request execution, import parsing, and secrets encryption.
