SEO and marketing decision
Rankonbing
A single competent developer can build and run a reasonable replacement in about a week; the service relies on public IndexNow/Bing APIs and contains no proprietary data or hard moat, so building is practical unless you need agency-scale throughput or SLA-backed operations.

No open-source build does this yet
Nothing published replaces this one, so a replacement starts from an empty file. Here is what it would have to cover.
What a replacement has to do
- Fetch sitemap.xml, extract URLs, submit URLs to IndexNow/Bing, record responses and show status to user, repeat on schedule.
What it still won’t have
- High-concurrency / agency-scale crawling (100s of sites/hour) and SLA-backed throughput
- Polished analytics, onboarding, and paid support
- Large multi-tenant operational infrastructure and DDoS mitigation
- Affiliate program, marketing, and brand-trust
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance

The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a minimal self-hosted 'IndexNow submitter' service using Python (FastAPI) + PostgreSQL (or SQLite for single-user). Core features in scope: user sign-up (single account ok), add website with sitemap URL and root-key verification (check text file at root), sitemap fetching and parsing (support two-level nested sitemaps), batched submission to Bing/IndexNow with exponential retries and rate-limiting, scheduled worker (Celery or background tasks) to re-fetch daily/hourly per site, storage of submission logs and statuses, and a simple dashboard (React) showing sites, last fetch, submission logs and ability to trigger manual submit. Out of scope: multi-tenant billing, agency-scale concurrency, advanced analytics, and affiliate program. Require error handling for network and parse errors, unit tests for sitemap parsing and submit logic, Dockerfiles for app + worker, simple deployment docs for a single VPS, and health checks for monitoring.

The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
