Developer tools decision
CFX Software
A capable developer can build a useful subset (conversion + preview + export) within a few months, but reproducing the full product (many formats, AI credit system, unlimited/bulk studio features, and production-grade validation) is larger and operationally heavier than a small DIY replacement.

No open-source build does this yet
Nothing published replaces this one, so a replacement starts from an empty file. Here is what it would have to cover.
Code CFX Software publishes itself
Not a way out of the subscription - these are the vendor’s own repositories. Worth a look for how they build, and for anything you would have to integrate with.
What a replacement has to do
- Upload game asset files → parse & convert into server-ready resource → preview model/texture in-browser → export validated output
What it still won’t have
- Coverage of every GTA V / FiveM format and dozens of small converters
- Studio-level features: unlimited conversions, top-priority queue, bulk processing, largest uploads
- Polish: collision-safe export validation across many edge cases
- AI-powered generators and credit-backed workflows
- Integrated Discord-based community perks and Founder lifetime model
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance

The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a single-tenant web app (React frontend, Node/Express backend, PostgreSQL, three.js for 3D preview) that provides: 1) file upload and storage for asset files (limit 100 MB), 2) parsers/converters for a scoped set of formats (gltf/GLB, PNG/JPEG textures, simple fxmanifest.lua generator), 3) an in-browser 3D preview with texture painting/livery preview, 4) an export endpoint that packages a server-ready resource folder and runs basic validation, and 5) a simple per-user daily-limit enforcement and job queue. Out of scope: full coverage of every GTA/FiveM format, AI generators, Discord SSO, and advanced collision validation. Include pagination/error handling, server-side input validation, unit tests for converters, and end-to-end tests for upload→preview→export flows.

How the score was reached
- Partly verdict base52

- Price verified on pricing page+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score60
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
