Include: an infinite canvas with drag/drop shapes and connectors, board CRUD APIs, user auth (email/password or OAuth), file upload to S3-compatible storage, and export-to-PNG/PDF. Out of scope: real-time multiplayer sync, SSO/SCIM, enterprise admin features, and AI generation.
