Scheduling and meetings decision
WebinarJam
A competent developer can build a useful, lower-scale webinar workflow (registration, embedded streaming, chat, replay automation) in about a week, but reproducing WebinarJam’s claimed global streaming infrastructure, polish, and bundled EverWebinar features is impractical without significant infra and operational investment.

Nothing published replaces this one, so a replacement starts from an empty file. Here is what it would have to cover.
What a replacement has to do
- Create a webinar event, collect registrations, stream live (or embed a hosted stream), provide live chat/Q&A, record the session, and send replay and follow-up messages.
What it still won’t have
- WebinarJam’s claimed global scalable streaming infrastructure
- Built-in automated evergreen system (EverWebinar) bundled
- Polished marketing features, templates, and turnkey integrations
- Vendor support and uptime guarantees
What remains hard
- Infrastructure at scale
WebinarJam’s robust infrastructure scales effortlessly, giving you the power to host intimate coaching calls, medium-sized trainings, or massive online events without skipping a beat.

The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a minimal webinar hosting app using Node.js + Express, PostgreSQL, React for the frontend, and Socket.io for live chat. Scope: registration & login, event scheduling UI, registration pages with CSV export, embed YouTube Live/RTMP stream on the event page, real-time chat/Q&A via WebSocket, record attendance and store replay URLs, scheduled jobs to publish automated replay pages, SendGrid for transactional emails and Twilio (optional) for SMS, Stripe for one-seat payments. Out of scope: building a custom global video CDN, multi-region auto-scaling, and an EverWebinar-equivalent full-featured evergreen engine. Include error handling, input validation, basic role-based access for hosts, and unit/integration tests for critical flows.

- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Hard moats found in the evidence-3
- Evidence score59
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time — so the same evidence always produces the same number.
