CRM and sales decision
Telestars
A competent developer can build a limited Telestars-like Telegram-sales CRM (bot connection, gallery, AI replies, basic purchase tracking) in about a week, but reproducing the full commercial product—robust payments/Fragment withdrawal handling, polished UX, fraud and scale operations, and marketplace trust—requires more engineering and operational work.

Open-source builds that already do this
Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. What a replacement has to do
- Accept Telegram messages, present locked paid-media offers priced in Stars, let fans pay inside Telegram, deliver unlocked media, and record the purchase in a CRM dashboard.
What it still won’t have
- Polish and UX quality of a commercial dashboard and onboarding flows
- Built-in fraud/financial tooling and tested withdrawal flow into Fragment/Ton wallets
- Integrated community, curated scripts, and ongoing product roadmap/feature drops
- Commercial support, priority SLA, and team-management features (shifts, priority support)

Runnable build prompt
Build a minimal Telestars replacement: use Node.js (Express) + Postgres + React. Implement: (1) Telegram Secretary Mode connection and webhook handlers to receive/send messages and payment/Stars events; (2) media gallery with S3-compatible storage, upload endpoints, metadata (Stars price) and deliver-on-unlock endpoints; (3) lightweight CRM schema (users, conversations, purchases) with endpoints to record purchases from Telegram webhooks; (4) integrate an external LLM (OpenAI-compatible) to generate AI chat replies with context memory stored in Postgres; (5) simple React dashboard showing an inbox (threads), buyer records, purchase timeline, and revenue/convert metrics. Out of scope: building a custom mobile app, implementing TON off-ramp exchange flows, or emulating Telegram's PremiumBot; require error handling, input validation, webhook retry logic, authentication for dashboard, and unit+integration tests for webhook handlers and payment flow.

How the score was reached
- Partly verdict base52

- 5 cited sources+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score64
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
