Build a minimal self-hosted Teal-like service using Next.js (React) frontend, Postgres, and a small Node/Express API server. In scope: user signup/login (email+password), upload and store resumes, a web resume editor with 5 templates and PDF export, job-entry form for a job tracker (create/update/status/notes), job description paste/upload and a keyword-extraction + semantic match endpoint (use OpenAI embeddings or an open embedding model), and AI endpoints to generate resume bullets, professional summary, and cover letters via an LLM API. Out of scope: browser extension, large curated resume marketplace, advanced analytics, and paid billing/subscription flows. Include error handling, rate-limiting on AI calls, basic unit and integration tests, and a README with deployment steps (Docker + docker-compose).
