Build a minimal self-hosted meeting capture and deliverables service using Electron for desktop capture (Mac+Windows), a Node.js + Express backend, Postgres for metadata, S3-compatible object store for audio/files, and OpenAI (or equivalent) for transcription and generation. Scope in-scope: (1) Electron app that records system/mic audio and uploads recordings with meeting metadata; (2) backend transcription pipeline (Whisper or speech-to-text API) with basic diarization; (3) parser that extracts summary, action items, attendees, and timestamps from transcripts; (4) orchestration to call an LLM to produce a one-page summary and a 5-slide presentation from the meeting context using templates; (5) simple UI to browse meetings, preview generated outputs, and create a public share link; (6) calendar sync (OAuth for Google Calendar) and export to Google Drive. Out of scope: enterprise compliance certifications (HIPAA, SOC2), large-scale multi-tenant billing, advanced image-generation templates, and native mobile apps. Require: retry and error handling for uploads and API calls, authentication for users, automated tests for transcription→parsing→generation flows, and Docker deployment scripts for backend and worker services.
