Build a self-hosted mockup renderer using React for the frontend, Node.js/Express for the backend, Postgres (or SQLite) for metadata, FFmpeg and Sharp for media processing, and S3-compatible storage for assets. In scope: (1) a drag-and-drop editor to upload images/videos; (2) a small set of device frame templates (iPhone, desktop) and layout presets; (3) background options (solid, gradient, image) and simple animation presets (zoom, pan, parallax) implemented server-side into exported MP4/WebM or PNG; (4) export/download and a shareable short-lived link; (5) basic user settings and preset save/load. Out of scope: marketplace, large template library, team/multi-seat billing, advanced VFX filters. Include input validation, error handling, basic tests for upload/render/export flows, and Docker-based deployment.
