In scope: browser recorder + upload, server-side job queue, transcription via speech-to-text API, store transcripts with timestamps, full-text searchable transcripts, LLM summarization and QA over transcripts, a player UI with synchronized transcript and timestamped highlights, PDF/text export, authentication (email/password), error handling, and unit/integration tests. Out of scope: native desktop/mobile apps, SOC2 compliance, white-labeling, advanced video scene/object analysis. Provide CI scripts, basic monitoring/alerts, and a README with deployment steps.
