Scope: webhooks and a small REST API to ingest feedback (email forward endpoint, Slack slash-command/webhook, Intercom webhook stub), DB tables for feature_requests, requesters, accounts (store MRR/plan), UI to list/filter/prioritize requests by count and account MRR, a simple voting board with option to hide counts, an integration to update request status from JIRA via a webhook, and a background job to send templated 'feature shipped' emails.
