CRM and sales decision
Salesprompter
A focused replacement (ICP + enrichment + LLM messaging + HubSpot sync) is realistic for a single technical user to build using existing open-source revenue-intelligence projects as a base, but matching Salesprompter's full product (extensions, polish, SLA-backed integrations, and broader integration catalogue) is not practical.

Open-source builds that already do this
Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. Licences differ; check the one on each card before you ship. All Salesprompter alternatives, with the arithmetic →
What a replacement has to do
- Define ICP -> find target accounts -> enrich contacts (company + decision-maker data) -> generate messaging/context with an LLM -> store leads and context -> sync reviewed leads to CRM
What it still won’t have
- Polished multi-operator UX, Chrome extension, and CLI parity
- Enterprise SLAs and documented Enrichment SLA/99.9% sync reliability claims
- Broad, native integrations catalogue and commercial support
- Any proprietary enrichment data or model tuning Salesprompter may provide
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance
First-year cost

What we assumed
The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a minimal self-hosted outbound sales intelligence service using Node.js (or Python) + Postgres + React. Core features in scope: (1) an ICP editor (JSON rules) and evaluator, (2) a background enrichment connector to a third-party enrichment API, (3) a REST API and Postgres schema to store accounts/contacts/enrichment/review status, (4) an LLM integration to generate short messaging/context snippets per contact, (5) a scheduled worker to sync reviewed leads to HubSpot via its API, (6) a simple web UI to review leads and approve syncs. Out of scope: Chrome extension, full CLI surface, large-scale multi-tenant auth, and proprietary enrichment datasets. Include error handling, retries for external API calls, automated tests for API and worker logic, and a Docker Compose deployment for local testing.
How we checked
How the score was reached
- Partly verdict base52
- An open-source build was found+5
- 4 cited sources+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score64
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
