Build a minimal cloud budgeting and planning app in Node.js + React, Postgres, and Docker. In scope: user auth (email/password + roles), CSV import and one configurable API connector stub for GL/chart-of-accounts, a spreadsheet-like budget editor with formula support and named scenarios, a simple forecast engine that applies drivers and rolls up accounts, scenario merge and comparison, report export (CSV/PDF), activity audit trail, and basic sharing links/permissions. Out of scope: multi-ERP connector catalogue, enterprise SSO (beyond email), advanced AI agents, and billing. Include input validation, error handling, unit tests for import/forecast logic, and Docker Compose dev + a small README with startup steps.
