Implement: (1) admin-uploaded document templates with placeholder tokens, (2) questionnaire UI that fills templates and stores drafts, (3) template rendering to PDF/Docx, (4) membership gating (one paid seat), (5) LLM-based contract review endpoint that returns extracted key terms and red-flag list, (6) e-signature flow and signed-document storage.
