CRM and sales decision

Reakly

A technical user can build a useful, narrower replacement (prospect import, enrichment, signal detection, scheduled email campaigns and basic CRM + LLM drafts) within a multi-week effort, but reproducing Reakly’s polished LinkedIn automation, signal dataset and integrations at production scale is impractical without the vendor’s operational history and product polish.

Open-source builds that already do this

Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. Licences differ; check the one on each card before you ship. All Reakly alternatives, with the arithmetic →

What a replacement has to do

  • Continuously discover/pull prospects, enrich & score them, detect intent signals, launch timed LinkedIn/email sequences, collect replies centrally, and apply LLM personalization to messages.

What it still won’t have

  • High-quality proprietary prospect signal dataset and years of signal history
  • Polished LinkedIn safety heuristics and proven quota handling
  • Built-in integrations and pre-built API/webhooks catalogue
  • Polish, UX, onboarding flows and production hardening for multitenancy and scale
  • Commercial support, SLAs and managed deliverability optimizations

What remains hard

  • Product polish and ongoing maintenance

Runnable build prompt

Not run yet
Build a self-hosted minimal Reakly replacement using: Next.js (React) frontend, Node.js + Express backend, Postgres, a small Redis queue, a Chrome extension to capture/import LinkedIn profiles, and OpenAI for personalization. In scope: (1) Chrome extension to import LinkedIn profile data into the backend, (2) enrichment connector calling an email-enrichment API and storing verified emails, (3) a rules-based intent-signal processor (job changes, funding, engagement) that tags prospects, (4) a campaign runner that schedules email sends via SMTP/Gmail API and queues placeholder LinkedIn actions (human review before send) with quota checks, (5) a simple CRM UI to view prospects, campaign status and replies, and (6) OpenAI integration to generate message drafts with an approval workflow. Out of scope: native LinkedIn action automation, WhatsApp channel, advanced analytics, multi-tenant billing and SSO. Include error handling, unit and integration tests for enrichment and campaign runner, and deployment scripts (Docker Compose).

The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
