Build a minimal personal-finance desktop/web app using React for frontend, FastAPI (or Express) for backend, and SQLite for local storage. Implement: CSV transaction import, account model, categorization rules with a trainable simple classifier, monthly budget/spending-plan engine (rollovers + savings goals), basic cashflow projections, local encrypted backup/export, and a responsive UI in Electron (or Tauri). Out of scope: automated connection to 14k financial institutions, advanced investment/tax features, mobile apps.
