Core features in scope: sign up/login (email/OAuth), create/manage membership tiers, Stripe recurring subscriptions and webhook handling, gated post creation (rich text + images + video links), authenticated media delivery, member list and simple revenue analytics, basic comments and direct messages. Out of scope: multi-currency payouts, global tax remittance, advanced fraud/chargeback arbitration, mobile apps, discovery marketplace.
