Build a single-developer web app (Node.js + Express, Postgres, React) that implements: 1) recipe storage schema (ingredients, tags, cook time, servings), 2) a user preferences form (diet, allergies, dislikes, servings) persisted to Postgres, 3) a planner endpoint that picks 7 recipes meeting preferences and basic constraints (no duplicates, target cook time), 4) a shopping-list generator that aggregates ingredient quantities and outputs a category-sorted CSV and printable view, and 5) a responsive React UI to view/edit profile, weekly plan, recipe details, and shopping list. Out of scope: mobile native apps, payment/subscription handling, advanced personalization ML. Include input validation, error handling, unit tests for planner logic, and a README with local setup and a Docker Compose dev environment.
