Build a minimal self-hosted CMMS using: React (frontend), Node.js + Express (API), PostgreSQL (database), Redis (job queue), and Docker for deployment. In scope: (1) user auth with roles, (2) CRUD endpoints and React UI for assets and work orders, (3) inspection forms and scheduled inspection creation, (4) a cron-driven rule-based predictive-alert worker that scans recent inspections and creates recommended work orders, (5) email notifications via SMTP/provider, (6) DB migrations, basic seed data, logging, and unit+integration tests for API routes. Out of scope: ML-based predictive models, multi-tenant billing, mobile native apps, enterprise connectors. Deliverables must include Docker Compose for local dev, CI tests, error handling, and documented setup steps.
