Implement: (1) IMAP sync and SMTP senders with OAuth for Gmail/Outlook and generic IMAP/SMTP fallback; (2) unified inbox merging across accounts; (3) local indexing and full-text search for messages and attachments; (4) message threading, compose/reply, and basic settings; (5) installers for Windows and macOS. Out of scope: built-in third-party app integrations, email-tracking analytics, and advanced AI features. Include error handling for network/auth failures, unit and integration tests for sync and storage, and scripts to build installers.
