In scope: (1) crawler that queues and fetches pages, records HTTP metadata and HTML; (2) run Lighthouse on fetched pages and store results; (3) rule-based detectors for technical SEO, accessibility, and basic GEO-related heuristics; (4) UI pages for health score, per-URL details, issue lists, CSV export, and simple alerting (email/webhook) for threshold breaches; (5) scheduler for periodic recrawls and diffs; (6) error handling, retries, rate-limiting, and tests (unit + integration). Out of scope: multi-domain enterprise scaling, SOC2 audit, advanced GEO AI models, managed professional services, and multi-tenant billing. Include automated tests and basic deployment instructions (Docker Compose) and monitoring (Prometheus/Health endpoints).
