Implement: (1) a pan/zoom canvas with basic shapes and sticky notes (SVG or Canvas); (2) board CRUD saved in Postgres and asset storage (S3-compatible); (3) realtime sync using WebSockets backed by Redis channels and presence indicators; (4) authentication (email or OAuth) and shareable link-based permissions (viewer/editor); (5) export to PNG/PDF and import of images.
