CRM and sales decision
LeaseLineage
A focused single-broker replacement (prospect ingestion, Gmail/Outlook sending, sequence engine, reply suppression, and inbound capture) is realistic for a small team in ~30 hours, but matching the full multi-seat, deliverability, and integrated prospecting experience LeaseLineage sells would take more engineering and operational work.

Nothing published replaces this one, so a replacement starts from an empty file. Here is what it would have to cover.
What a replacement has to do
- Find prospects, run multi-step email sequences, stop sequences on reply, capture inbound tenant requirements, and surface fit-scored leads to a broker.
What it still won’t have
- Built-in AI prospecting tied to Apollo + Hunter (real-time discovery)
- Dedicated deliverability features (custom sending domain verification and Resend notifications)
- Dedicated onboarding and priority support
- Multi-seat brokerage workspace and team reporting out of the box
- Any proprietary integrations the vendor maintains
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance

Runnable build prompt
Build a single-broker CRE outbound MVP using Next.js (React) for the frontend, Postgres (Supabase) for storage, and a small Node/Express or FastAPI backend to orchestrate workflows. Include: (1) CSV upload and an adapter for Apollo/Hunter API ingestion (configurable API key), (2) Gmail and Outlook OAuth sending with per-contact pacing and daily send caps, (3) sequence engine to schedule multi-step emails and pause the rest of a prospect's sequence when a reply is detected, (4) reply detection webhook/inbox polling and suppression/unsubscribe lists, (5) a tenant inbound form that creates fit-scored opportunities and a broker view showing prospect history and basic reporting (sends, opens, replies). Out of scope: multi-seat billing, custom sending domain verification, deliverability monitoring, and dedicated onboarding. Require robust error handling, input validation, background job retry logic, and at least unit tests for sequence scheduling, suppression logic, and prospect ingestion.

- Partly verdict base52

- Price verified on pricing page+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score60
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time — so the same evidence always produces the same number.
