Implement: 1) a Next.js web client with a 2D floor/map and keyboard/mouse avatar movement; 2) a Node signalling server (WebSocket) to exchange WebRTC SDP and coordinate presence; 3) WebRTC peer connections with a TURN server (coturn) for NAT traversal and server-side optional SFU (mediasoup or Janus) if >8 peers; 4) positional audio calculation on the client (pan/volume from x,y deltas) and chat persisted in Postgres; 5) simple auth (email+password) and per-space membership management; 6) an admin UI to create/manage spaces and view basic analytics.
