CRM and sales decision
JourneyFuse
A capable developer can build a useful self-hosted subset (CRM, itineraries, proposals, payments, email sync) in a few weeks using existing OSS CRM projects as a foundation, but reproducing JourneyFuse's full turnkey product (white-label mobile apps, prebuilt perks database, continuous Disney monitoring, and turnkey PCI-ready vaulting) is larger and operationally heavier than a single-person short project.

Open-source builds that already do this
Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. Licences differ; check the one on each card before you ship. All JourneyFuse alternatives, with the arithmetic →
What a replacement has to do
- Store leads and contacts, build and deliver branded itineraries/proposals, accept and track payments, sync client email threads, and run scheduled monitors/alerts (e.g., Disney dining).
What it still won’t have
- Verified, crowd-sourced Advisor Perks database and community-curated perks
- Built-in branded mobile app experience for travelers
- Turnkey Disney/Universal dining & reservation monitoring with continuous 5-minute checks
- An off-the-shelf PCI-ready encrypted card vault with supplier access controls and documented compliance readiness
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance

The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a self-hosted travel-advisor CRM using Node.js (Express) + Postgres + React for admin and client portal. Core features in scope: contact/lead CRUD with pipeline views, trips and itinerary data model, proposal/itinerary HTML renderer and PDF export, an AI quote importer endpoint using OpenAI-compatible LLMs to extract dates/hotels/prices/photos, Stripe integration for storing tokens and accepting payments (token vault + auto-delete hook), Gmail/IMAP sync for client message threading, and a background scheduler for monitors/alerts (cron workers). Out of scope: native mobile app, a pre-populated advisor perks database, PCI certification work beyond Stripe tokenization proof-of-concept. Include OAuth login, role-based access (owner/admin/agent), error handling, unit and integration tests for API endpoints, and Docker Compose for local development and production deployment instructions.

How the score was reached
- Partly verdict base52
- An open-source build was found+5
- 5 cited sources+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score64
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
