In scope: capture/local upload of meeting audio, chunking, call an ASR API to transcribe with timestamps, simple speaker diarization, call an LLM to produce meeting summary and action items, store transcripts and metadata in Postgres, a basic web UI to view/search notes, and 2 integrations (Notion, Google Docs) via their APIs. Out of scope: native desktop/mobile installers, SSO/SCIM, ISO certification, multi-tenant enterprise billing. Include error handling, retries for API calls, rate-limiting, logging, basic unit tests for transcription and summary pipelines, and a deployment script (Docker Compose).
