Core features in scope: user signup/login, per-user credit accounting and Stripe monthly plan, chat UI with selectable character presets, server proxy to an external LLM API for responses, integration with an image/video generation API, save/display generated media, and admin UI to create/edit character presets. Out of scope: training or hosting custom LLM weights, building a public character marketplace, and legal/content moderation strategy beyond basic provider moderation hooks. Include Dockerfiles, basic CI, error handling, and unit tests for API routes.
