Build a minimal community meetups web app using Node.js + Express, Postgres, and React. In scope: user sign-up/login (email), create/read groups, search/list groups by city/tag, group pages with events, RSVP flow, and basic in-group messaging (WebSocket). Out of scope: native mobile apps, payment processing, advanced moderation tools, and large-scale push infrastructure. Include input validation, error handling, unit tests for API endpoints, and deployment scripts for Docker on a single managed VPS or small cloud instance.
