Build a minimal self-hosted email marketing MVP using Postgres, Node.js (Express) backend, React frontend, Redis for job queueing, and Amazon SES for sending. In scope: subscriber CSV import and REST API, simple segment/tag storage, a basic block-based HTML editor with template save/load, scheduling and queued sends via SES, open/click tracking pixels and stored events, campaign scheduling UI, and a reports page for opens/clicks. Out of scope: multi-user teams billing, advanced deliverability tooling, 3rd-party integrations catalogue beyond a Zapier webhook example. Include input validation, background job retries, error handling, and unit+integration tests; provide Docker compose for local dev and a production deployment guide using ECS or a managed VM plus SES credentials.
