Build a minimal self-hosted webinar service using: React frontend, Node.js (Express) backend, Postgres for data, Redis for pub/sub, S3-compatible storage, and a managed WebRTC/SFU provider (or Daily.co/Twilio) for streaming. In scope: attendee registration pages with email confirmations, one-host live webinar room with WebRTC streaming, real-time chat/Q&A via WebSockets, polls and downloadable handouts, server-side recording to S3 and automatic transcription (use a speech-to-text API), basic engagement analytics (events stored in Postgres) and an admin page to start/stop events. Out of scope: multi-room horizontal scaling, enterprise SSO, advanced integrations, and mobile native apps.
