Build a minimal self-hosted cold-email infrastructure admin for managing domain-isolated mailboxes using Next.js (React) frontend, Node.js (Express) backend, and Postgres. Core features in scope: 1) Admin UI to create and manage domain workspaces and mailbox records; 2) Automated DNS record generation and instructions for adding SPF/DKIM/DMARC; 3) An API worker to provision mailboxes via a chosen provider's admin API (stubbed adapter pattern); 4) Simple billing endpoint to record per-mailbox subscriptions and charge via Stripe; 5) Webhook adapter to relay events from outbound tools.
