Clawsify
A capable technical user can self-host the core Clawsify functionality (deploy OpenClaw, persona builder, model key and Telegram integration) within ~21 hours using the openclaw repo instead of paying; the paid product's marketplace and managed support are the main things you'd give up.

Open-source builds that already do this
Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. Licences differ; check the one on each card before you ship. All Clawsify alternatives, with the arithmetic →
What a replacement has to do
- Deploy OpenClaw to a VPS, connect a model API key, create a persona, and forward messages to a Telegram bot
What it still won’t have
- Hosted marketplace of personas/skills and their curation
- Priority provisioning and managed support (Discord walkthroughs/assistance)
- Built-in multi-tenant managed hosting and billing
- First-party real-time logs UI and one-click upgrades backed by vendor support
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance

What we assumed
The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a single-tenant OpenClaw deployment product: use Docker Compose for services, FastAPI (Python) backend, and a React frontend. Core features in scope: (1) an infra script to provision a DigitalOcean droplet and install Docker, (2) automated pull-and-run of the openclaw/openclaw repo inside containers, (3) a React persona builder that generates SOUL.md/IDENTITY.md/TOOLS.md and uploads them to the instance via the backend, (4) configuration UI to accept an LLM provider API key and implement model selection/hot-swap, (5) Telegram bot setup flow (enter token, configure webhook) and a logs endpoint streaming container logs. Out of scope: multi-tenant billing, a public persona marketplace, managed support, and priority provisioning. Require error handling, secure storage of API keys, unit and integration tests for deployment and persona upload flows, and Docker-based production deployment instructions.

How the score was reached
- Build verdict base78

- 4 cited sources+3
- Price verified on pricing page+3
- 2/2 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score93
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
