Build a minimal CharacterGPT replacement using Flutter (or React Native) for the client, Node.js + Express for the API, MongoDB for storage, and Firebase Auth for user accounts; wire OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude-compatible model clients for chat. Core features in scope: user sign-up/sign-in, character creator (name, backstory, traits, conversation style), save/load characters to MongoDB, chat UI that streams model responses, memory persistence (store last N messages per character and load to context), simple discovery endpoint to list published characters, and basic account deletion. Out of scope: payments, marketplace moderation workflow, large-scale telemetry. Include error handling, authentication checks, API tests, and at least one end-to-end test that exercises creating a character and a short chat session.
