Book The Move
A technical user can build a narrow self-hosted pipeline for finding listings and sending personalized emails, but matching the vendor's scale, verified-contact quality, deliverability, and exclusive territory management as a managed service is operationally heavier and depends on ongoing data and deliverability infrastructure.

Open-source builds that already do this
Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. What a replacement has to do
- Continuously discover new home listings in target counties, resolve homeowner contact info and verify email deliverability, send personalized outreach from the mover's identity, surface replies to the mover via an inbox/notification, and enforce exclusive county assignment.
What it still won’t have
- High-volume, deliverability-tuned email infrastructure (reputation, dedicated sending IPs)
- Ongoing lead verification and scale of listing sources / data partnerships
- The platform's claimed exclusive county locking and marketplace management
- Operational onboarding, demo support, and managed campaign optimization

Runnable build prompt
Build a minimal self-hosted lead-discovery-and-outreach service using Python (FastAPI), Postgres, Celery (Redis) for background jobs, and an SMTP provider (SendGrid/Mailgun) for sending. Core features in scope: 1) scheduled scraper that polls public real-estate listing pages by county and writes listings to Postgres, 2) contact-resolution pipeline that attempts to derive owner email and runs SMTP verification (or 3rd-party verification API), 3) templated personalized email sequences with SPF/DKIM-ready sending via provider API, 4) simple web UI to claim/release counties (exclusive flag) and view campaign status, 5) inbound-reply handling forwarding replies into the UI and sending instant notifications via webhook/email. Out of scope: training ML models, building a high-volume sending reputation, paid data partnerships, and advanced deliverability features (dedicated IP pools). Include error handling, logging, retry/backoff for network calls, and unit tests for the scraper, contact-resolution pipeline, and email sender.

- Evidence score63
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
