TT Club Manager
A competent developer can build and run a useful replacement (members, trainings, attendance, match reports) in a multi-week project; no vendor-only moats were evident and open-source group-management apps exist as prior art.

Not priced
No pricing page we fetched carried a figure, so there is nothing to compare against. The build side is still real.

Open-source builds that already do this
Every project below is open source and already does this job today. Fork one, self-host it, or take the parts you need - the build prompt further down assumes an empty file, and this is the shortcut past that. Licences differ; check the one on each card before you ship. All TT Club Manager alternatives, with the arithmetic →
What a replacement has to do
- Create trainings, allow members to register, record attendance and results, and generate basic reports/exports.
What it still won’t have
- Vendor support and fast user support (WhatsApp/email support)
- Polished native mobile apps distributed via App Store / Google Play
- Any proprietary integrations the vendor maintains (e.g., federation integrations) until reimplemented
- Polish, QA, and incremental feature improvements from the vendor
What remains hard
- Product polish and ongoing maintenance
First-year cost
No published price

What we assumed
The verdict above measures whether you could build it. This one is only about money.
Runnable build prompt
Build a self-hosted Table Tennis club manager using Django (Python) backend + PostgreSQL, React or Vue frontend, and Docker for deployment. In scope: user auth and roles (owner/admin/member), member profiles with medical/membership expiry, training scheduler with one-time and recurring events, capacity limits, registration windows and waitlists, attendance recording UI with CSV export, basic match reporting (lineups, set scores) and single-elimination/round-robin brackets, news/files upload, email/push notifications via Firebase, responsive mobile web UI, server-side validation, error handling, unit and integration tests, Docker compose and a basic deploy script for a single VPS. Out of scope: native App Store/Play Store apps, FITET federation integration, payment gateway integration, multi-tenant SaaS scaling. Provide documentation for install, backup/restore, and daily maintenance tasks.
How we checked
How the score was reached
- Partly verdict base52
- An open-source build was found+5
- 5 cited sources+3
- 3/3 assessment runs agreed+4
- Evidence score64
The base comes from the verdict. Everything under it is a check that either happened or did not, and each one is a fact frozen in this record rather than a judgement made at render time - so the same evidence always produces the same number.
