Build a minimal self-hosted Zenkit-like project manager using Node.js (Express), PostgreSQL, Redis, and React. In scope: multi-tenant organizations with per-seat accounts; user auth (email + password), roles; collections and items stored in Postgres with relations; front-end views: table, kanban, and a basic Gantt view; item comments with realtime updates via WebSocket and Redis pub/sub; file uploads to S3-compatible storage; global text search (Postgres full-text/trigram); basic automated export (CSV). Out of scope: SAML/SCIM, mobile native apps, 3rd-party automation marketplace, dedicated enterprise SLAs, advanced reporting widgets. Require: input validation, error handling, authentication tests, API unit tests, and end-to-end test covering core flows (create org, add users, create collection, add item, switch views, realtime comment). Provide Docker Compose for local dev and scripts to deploy to a small cloud VM with managed Postgres and Redis.
