In scope: HTTP fetcher with robots/sitemap support, HTML parsing and extraction (meta, headings, links), Lighthouse or Puppeteer-based speed/Core Web Vitals checks, a set of rule-based SEO audits (missing/duplicate meta, broken links, status codes), REST API to request an audit and fetch results, HTML report renderer and PDF export, and a simple web UI to run single-site audits. Out of scope: multi-tenant agency billing, large-scale benchmarking, white-label templating, and SLA'd high-throughput API. Include error handling for fetch/timeouts, retries, and input validation; include unit tests for parsing/audit rules and an end-to-end test for the audit flow.
