In scope: (1) HTTP and Playwright-based checks scheduler (configurable intervals, retries), (2) incident deduplication and simple merge rules, (3) notification integrations for Slack (webhooks) and Twilio (SMS/phone) including configurable escalation, (4) a public status page with subscriber management and embeddable badge, (5) store screenshots in S3-compatible storage and check history in Postgres, (6) API endpoints for check management and webhooks for alert delivery.
