Build a self-hosted uptime+incident mini-platform using Node.js (Express) for the API, Postgres for state, Redis for short-lived dedupe, a small Playwright worker (hosted on Cloud Run or a small VPS) for transaction checks, and a lightweight React UI. In scope: (1) HTTP and Playwright-based checks scheduler (configurable intervals, retries), (2) incident deduplication and simple merge rules, (3) notification integrations for Slack (webhooks) and Twilio (SMS/phone) including configurable escalation, (4) a public status page with subscriber management and embeddable badge, (5) store screenshots in S3-compatible storage and check history in Postgres, (6) API endpoints for check management and webhooks for alert delivery. Out of scope: distributed global edge network, eBPF/OpenTelemetry tracing ingestion, large-scale log indexing, and AI-root-cause analysis. Include error handling, input validation, and unit/integration tests for scheduler, notification pipeline, and API handlers.
