Scope: client-side encryption/decryption using WebCrypto (encrypt files before upload, decrypt after download), file upload/download API, metadata store, shareable secure links with expiry/password, user accounts with SSO (OAuth) integration, basic admin UI and audit logs. Out of scope: obtaining ISO/FINRA certifications, multi-region managed data residency, eSign integration, and enterprise SIEM connectors. Include error handling, unit/integration tests for encryption and API endpoints, and deployment scripts (Docker + Terraform) for a single-region setup.
