Build a minimal self-hosted testimonial service using Next.js (React) for the frontend, Node.js + Express for API, Postgres for storage, and Docker for deployment. Core features in scope: 1) public testimonial collection form supporting text and video file uploads and unique invite links; 2) admin UI to review/approve testimonials, tag, and search (Postgres full-text); 3) integrate a 3rd-party transcription API for uploaded videos and store transcripts; 4) CSV import/export; 5) embeddable JS widget (single-file snippet) that fetches and renders approved testimonials with a small template system; 6) webhooks API for new testimonial events. Out of scope: building 30+ native platform connectors, spin-the-wheel reward system, multi-seat billing, advanced analytics, translation, and extensive widget templates. Require: input validation, file size checks, background job queue for transcription, authentication for admin, rate limiting, logging, error handling, and unit + integration tests. Provide Docker Compose for local dev and a short README with deployment steps and example embed snippet.
