Include: (1) a web UI to create/edit surveys and question types; (2) endpoints to serve public survey links and accept submissions with validation; (3) email delivery via SendGrid and scheduled reminders using Redis queues; (4) an OpenAI (or compatible) integration to classify open-text responses into sentiment and tags; (5) a simple analytics dashboard showing response counts, average scores, sentiment breakdown, and CSV export; (6) webhooks for outgoing events. Out of scope: multi-tenant billing, 500+ third-party integrations, HIPAA certification, and white-label CSS themes. Provide error handling for API failures, retries for background jobs, and automated tests covering core endpoints and the NLP pipeline.
