Implement: (1) Google OAuth and bi-directional Google Calendar sync (read/write events), (2) a task import endpoint that accepts CSV and maps to tasks stored in Postgres, (3) a drag-and-drop day-planning React UI that timeboxes tasks onto a calendar view and saves plans server-side, (4) a Pomodoro-style focus timer and a daily-complete workflow that logs completed tasks, and (5) a simple analytics page aggregating daily/weekly completed tasks and time spent. Out of scope: native mobile apps, enterprise SSO/SAML, SOC2 certification, and broad third-party integrations beyond Google Calendar. Include error handling for network/API failures, retry/backoff for calendar sync, server and integration unit tests, and a basic CI pipeline for deployment.
